DEFRA Approval

York Midi & Serrano 5 now DEFRA approved

We are pleased to inform you that the Serrano 5 and York Midi have now passed all tests required for the use in smoke control areas, and have been submitted to DEFRA for approval

• Due to the high efficiencies of both stoves, only a minor change was needed to the air intakes on both models. Both stoves are now available and despite the large investment required to put these stoves through the rigorous emission testing our current prices will remain the same.

• In the near future both models will come with air intakes for smoke control areas and non smoke control areas, which can easily be fitted on site depending on requirements. In the short term it would be appreciated if you could specify when ordering if you require the new smoke control versions of these stoves

• The new Serrano 7 and many other appliances will also be approved within the next few
  months.
